If you are an End Buyer that will be taking possesion of goods, a Buyer Representative or Intermediary whose commission is protected by the buyer, please send us a Request for Quote. We will test on merit and reply with the appropriate follow up procedures and applications.
If you are a Facilitator, please indicate clearly your position, Your commission will be protected by us. To that effect, we will sign first an Intermediary Protection Guarantee (IPG), then you will disclose your end buyer, so that we can qualify him/her and proceed with the negotiations. We will email you a copy of the IPG and Blackrocks Intermediary Protocol after receiving RFQ. All the negotiations will be conducted through you and you will be provided access to our Representatives restricted area.
